Home Rule Music Festival at Alethia Tanner Park
The Home Rule Music & Film Preservation Foundation presents the 2026 Home Rule Music Festival on Saturday, October 3, from 12-9 PM at Alethia Tanner Park in Washington, DC.
Celebrating its fifth year, the free festival highlights DC’s rich musical history and culture while showcasing the artists carrying those traditions forward. The day features UCB, Angel Bat Dawid, Foots X Coles, Crush Funk, youth performances, local food and merchandise vendors, a record fair, live art, community organizations, and more. The festival brings together music, history, arts, and community in celebration of Washington’s unique cultural legacy.
