Cool Summer Dishes: Gazpacho, Nicoise Salad, and More!

$69Gazpacho is a cold soup that originated in Iberia consisting of blended vegetables, garlic, vinegar, oil, and more. Nicoise Salad is a French dish often consisting of tuna, green beans, tomatoes, eggs, and potatoes. It is a filling, cold dish, perfect to take on the go with you. Lastly, Chef Tshihamba will walk you through a spicy Thai Green Papaya Salad.
