Home Rule Music Festival
The Home Rule Music Festival returns for its fall edition on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Alethia Tanner Park. This free, family-friendly festival celebrates Washington, D.C.?s rich music and cultural legacy with a full day of live performances, vendors, and community connections. The lineup features Joantz Workshop, Brandon Woody, Junkyard Band, Bongo District, Dogo du Togo & the Alagaa Beat Band, and a youth band showcase. Attendees can explore food, art, vinyl, and small business vendors while enjoying go-go, jazz, hip-hop, Latin, and African sounds. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of D.C.’s music, culture, and community pride.
