DESCRIPTION:Many Extra Only More is a massive-scale\, big-cast\, site specific dance project for 40 dancers\, framed by 40 windows\, in the four-story storefront of Brookland’s Extra Space Storage facility. It is a communal holler\, shout\, and shake it all about that will fill an open glass facade with quirky-luscious\, exuberant dance. But it is also the search for joy in liminal spaces. It is a window into bodies of power. It is a gentle unpacking of the things we store away in industrial storage units\, or the chambers of our hearts. And it is a dance-me\, dance-you\, dance-us repair for our times.
